Job Overview:
The Senior Programme Associate will play a pivotal role in the Technical Assistance Hub (TAHub), which is integral to UNICEF's digital transformation efforts. This position involves coordinating daily operations of TAHub, ensuring efficient workflows, and facilitating clear communication across the Centres of Excellence (CoEs). The role is crucial for managing platform performance, supporting data integrity, and enabling real-time tracking of results that enhance UNICEF's technical assistance globally. The Senior Programme Associate will collaborate closely with various teams, including knowledge management, performance, IT, and programme teams, to connect insights with actionable strategies that improve efficiency and accountability in delivering UNICEF's mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Programme Associate include overseeing the TAHub workflow and platform, coordinating operational resources, managing communication support, and handling data and performance management. The role requires ensuring seamless operations within the TAHub, aligning activities with UNICEF's strategic priorities, and facilitating effective collaboration among different teams. The Senior Programme Associate will also be responsible for monitoring platform performance, maintaining data integrity, and tracking results to strengthen UNICEF's global technical assistance efforts.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a minimum of secondary education, with a university degree being highly desirable in fields such as International Relations, Political Science, Public Administration, information technology, engineering, or other relevant areas. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in programme and administrative support, demonstrating a proven track record of managing complex workflows and delivering results in dynamic environments. Experience in budget management, knowledge management, and data management is also required, along with strong multitasking and communication skills, and proficiency in digital tools and data analysis.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes at least secondary education, with a strong preference for candidates holding a university degree in relevant fields such as International Relations, Political Science, Public Administration, information technology, or engineering. This educational foundation is essential for understanding the complexities of UNICEF's operations and the specific requirements of the role.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in programme and administrative support. Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows and deliver results in dynamic environments.
