Job Overview:
The Head of Nationwide Services is a newly created role that combines program management with a focus on operational excellence across all services provided by 54 reasons. This position is pivotal in leading the team to deliver high-quality nationwide services to children, young people, carers, victim survivors, and service providers. The role encompasses overseeing the partnership with Telstra Health, which includes the 1800RESPECT and Leaving Violence Programs. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Management Team to create lasting change for children, ensuring that the organization's strategic goals are met while maintaining a strong focus on client outcomes and community impact.

Duties and Responsibilities:
