Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Process/Services Assistant include processing a wide variety of confidential administrative actions related to claims submitted by personnel, advising and informing members on financial and social benefits during their appointments, controlling compliance with applicable regulations, contributing to the streamlining of HR administrative processes, preparing and maintaining documentation related to internal procedures, and replacing other assistants during their absences.
