Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Community Stabilization Officer will have a wide range of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to: assisting in the implementation and monitoring of project activities; supporting community-based planning and livelihood initiatives; compiling, summarizing, and analyzing project-related data; monitoring budget allocations and verifying fund availability; acting as a focal point for administrative coordination; liaising with diverse organizational units and external parties; monitoring the fieldwork of implementing partners; drafting status reports and correspondence on project issues; preparing and updating various forms of documentation; responding to complex information requests; organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions; participating in conferences; and providing guidance and training to new or junior staff members. The officer will also be expected to report any non-compliance issues to the supervisor and suggest remedial actions as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a school diploma with five years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law, or related fields from an accredited institution, along with three years of relevant professional experience.
