Job Overview:
The position of Administrateur.trice Systèmes et Support Utilisateurs (ASSU) is situated within the Logistics Department of Solidarités International. The ASSU will work under the supervision of the Information Systems Manager. The primary role of the ASSU is to install, deploy, administer, and operate the IT resources at both headquarters and field locations, providing support to on-site teams. The ASSU is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of information systems by maintaining and upgrading various tools and infrastructures, including software systems and communication infrastructures (local, wide area, voice, image, centralized architecture, client-server, web). The goal is to enhance quality, productivity, and security in the organization's operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The ASSU will be responsible for the following duties: ensuring the optimal functioning of the tools, systems, or networks under their charge; implementing tools that guarantee data coherence; maintaining an updated global vision of information systems and a good understanding of the organization; monitoring and analyzing performance, and implementing measures to improve quality or productivity; supporting field operations, particularly logistics coordinators; validating the installation and integration of new tools (systems, networks, and telecoms) in the production environment; diagnosing and resolving incidents or anomalies based on internal requests; performing corrective maintenance actions while ensuring quality; proposing improvements to optimize existing resources and their organization; transferring skills and providing technical assistance to field teams and participating in their training; managing the IT equipment maintenance and support for both headquarters and field as needed; managing access to information system resources; overseeing the evolution and maintenance of hardware, software, and systems; managing performance thresholds and tuning resources and products; participating in studies for the recommendation and implementation of suitable hardware, tools, and software; producing documentation (frameworks, tutorials, best practices, etc.) for users and information systems teams at headquarters and field; assisting in the recruitment of information systems teams in the field; and participating in briefings for logistics coordinators and field information systems teams.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a background in computer science (ideally a Bac +2, but this may vary depending on experience). A minimum of one year of professional experience related to the position is required. Strong communication skills with users, both orally and in writing, are essential. Candidates should have a professional level of English and the ability to work in a team and remotely with international colleagues. Autonomy and a strong problem-solving aptitude are also necessary.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a degree in computer science or a related field. While a Bac +2 is preferred, the organization is open to considering candidates with varying levels of education based on their experience and skills.

Experience:
The position requires at least one year of relevant professional experience in a similar role. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of information systems and the ability to manage and support IT resources effectively.

Languages:
Fluency in both French and English is mandatory, with a very good level of reading, writing, and speaking in both languages. Proficiency in additional languages would be considered an asset, particularly for communication with international teams.

Additional Notes:
This is a permanent contract (CDI) position based at the headquarters of Solidarités International in Clichy la Garenne, with the possibility of remote work for up to 12 days per month, in accordance with the current telework charter and manager approval. The gross monthly salary ranges from €3,183 to €3,316, depending on the applicable salary scale at headquarters. Employees are entitled to 2.0833 days of paid leave per month and one day of RTT (reduction of working time) for each full month worked. Additional benefits include health insurance coverage (80%), meal vouchers (60%), and transportation costs (50%) covered by the organization.
