Job Overview:

The role also includes providing guidance to less experienced staff, assisting with data analysis and presentations, and performing other work-related duties as assigned. The Team Assistant must be adaptable and able to handle various tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of three years of work experience in administrative, operational, or financial areas is required. This experience can be reduced to one year for candidates with a first-level university degree or higher. Experience in general office support or related areas is desirable, as well as at least one year of experience in data analytics or a related field. Familiarity with the UN Common System or similar international organizations is also desirable, along with experience working with SAP or ERP systems.

Educational Background:
The educational requirement for this position is a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates with higher education qualifications, such as a first-level university degree, may have their experience requirements reduced, highlighting the importance of educational background in this role.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in administrative, operational, or financial areas.
