Job Overview:
The Programme Analyst/Field Coordinator position is integral to the effective management of UNFPA's activities in various critical areas, including sexual and reproductive health, gender-based violence prevention, and youth programming. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Programme Analyst/Field Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Collaborating with local government authorities, NGOs, and community partners to design and implement country programs and projects that align with UNFPA's strategic objectives.
• Establishing and implementing monitoring and oversight mechanisms to ensure program effectiveness and compliance with UNFPA policies.
• Analyzing the humanitarian, development, political, social, and economic contexts to identify opportunities for UNFPA interventions.
• Reviewing and preparing policy documents, strategy papers, and briefs for technical assistance and policy dialogue.
• Assessing the implications of new policies on program execution and integrating them into ongoing activities.
• Building collaborative relationships with executing agencies, experts, and other UN agencies to facilitate program delivery.
• Implementing knowledge management strategies to capture lessons learned and best practices for future planning.
• Supporting advocacy and resource mobilization efforts by preparing documentation and participating in relevant meetings and events.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess an advanced degree in health, population, demography, or a related social science discipline. Additionally, they should have at least two years of professional experience in development and population activities, with a focus on program/project management. Practical experience in designing, monitoring, and evaluating development projects is essential, along with proficiency in office software and web-based management systems. Educational Background:
