Job Overview:
The Associate, People Operations will play a crucial role in providing operational and project management support to the HR People Operations team at HealthX Partners and its subsidiaries. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about human resources and are looking to contribute to the efficiency of HR processes. The Associate will be responsible for ensuring that HR operations run smoothly, supporting the administration and enhancement of various HR tasks, and collaborating with different HR team members to execute departmental projects. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and developing new tools and workflows that enhance the effectiveness of employee programs. The Associate will also be involved in maintaining HR automations, managing communication platforms, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Associate, People Operations include providing project management support for departmental priorities and employee programs, identifying opportunities for improvements, and developing new tools and systems to enhance program effectiveness. The Associate will maintain and administer People Operations automations, manage events and travel, create content for communication platforms, and oversee various HR inboxes. Additional responsibilities include data entry and ensuring data integrity, developing and running custom reports, assisting with financial management tasks such as reconciliations and procurement, and supporting external and internal audits by gathering necessary documentation. The role may also involve additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team, and it is important to note that this is not an exhaustive list of tasks expected from the incumbent.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Associate, People Operations position should possess a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in a related field and have at least three years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. A working knowledge of HR operational functions and compliance requirements is essential, along with excellent organizational and administrative skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate keen attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and the capability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, as well as familiarity with HRIS-based software and other HR systems.
