Duties and Responsibilities:

Liaise with technical staff and end-users to validate specifications and ensure they meet project needs.
Align procurement documents with applicable procurement rules, templates, and international standards to ensure compliance.
Submit finalized drafts of ToRs and technical specifications to the procurement officer or manager for further action and approval.
Assist in maintaining records of procurement processes and documentation for transparency and accountability.
Support the procurement team in any additional tasks as required to facilitate the procurement process.
