Job Overview:
The Principal role is pivotal in defining and leading the strategy for engineering teams within the organization. This position focuses on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of delivery teams to maximize business value. The Principal will lead cross-functional teams, implementing standards and fostering a unified approach to Agile methodologies. The role requires constant innovation and the establishment of a product and delivery mindset, ensuring high engagement levels and effective adoption of business changes among internal teams and external partners. The Principal will also be responsible for mentoring team members and promoting a culture of collaboration and agility, while also being adaptable to apply Waterfall techniques when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Principal will lead complex, cross-functional IT delivery programs, ensuring alignment with organizational technology strategies. Responsibilities include managing Agile delivery processes, building relationships with senior stakeholders, mentoring team members on Agile best practices, and implementing improvements to Agile delivery practices. The Principal will ensure delivery governance is met, manage risks and dependencies, facilitate business case preparations for IT projects, and develop timelines and resource allocation plans prioritizing Agile methods. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating delivery risks across multiple teams.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess an expert understanding of Agile methodologies, with significant experience in leading complex technology delivery programs. In-depth knowledge of Waterfall and hybrid delivery frameworks is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills are required to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. Experience in risk management, stakeholder management, and delivering security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security projects is also necessary. Proven success in managing and scaling Agile practices across organizations is critical, along with the ability to navigate complexity in enterprise environments.

Educational Background:
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a delivery, Agile, or business-related field is required. Advanced Agile certifications, such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Advanced ScrumMaster (A-CSM), are preferred, demonstrating a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.

Experience:
Candidates should have extensive experience in Agile delivery, with a strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs and projects. Experience in managing multiple teams and driving delivery outcomes is essential, along with a proven ability to resolve risks and dependencies at an enterprise level.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus, enhancing communication with diverse stakeholders.
