Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the People & Culture Data & Insights Analyst include:
Managing data across all platforms and systems to ensure accuracy and cleanliness, which is essential for driving better decision-making.
Identifying significant people trends and root causes behind challenges related to workforce dynamics, and proposing evidence-based solutions to address these issues.
Overseeing the benchmark remuneration processes to ensure that employees are compensated fairly and equitably, aligning with industry standards.
Supporting the continuous improvement of data management tools and processes, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of effective data utilization.
Collaborating with senior leadership and People & Culture stakeholders to share findings and provide recommendations through clear and compelling visualizations and narratives.
Engaging in additional projects that enhance the analyst's connection to various programs and initiatives within the organization.
Contributing to the development of individual learning plans that support career growth and development within the organization.
Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the People & Culture Data & Insights Analyst position should possess the following qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in People Analytics, HR data analysis, or a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of workforce analytics.
Proficiency in data visualization tools, with a preference for candidates who have experience with Power BI, as well as strong capabilities in Excel.
A proven track record of identifying patterns, risks, and opportunities within workforce data, showcasing the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills that inspire action and engagement with findings, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
Educational Background: Candidates applying for the People & Culture Data & Insights Analyst position should have a relevant educational background, typically including a degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in data analysis or human resources may be advantageous and demonstrate a commitment to professional development in the field.
