Job Overview: The People & Culture Administration Officer position is a full-time, maximum term role based in Melbourne, Australia, designed to support the People Operations team during a significant People Technology transformation. The officer will serve as the first point of contact for general P&C inquiries, assisting managers and employees with essential processes such as onboarding, job changes, and offboarding. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the People & Culture Administration Officer include responding to daily P&C inquiries submitted through the Service Hub, ensuring timely and helpful support to both internal and external stakeholders. The officer will carry out general administrative tasks for the P&C team, which includes providing guidance on standard processes, managing invoices, and handling data requests or reconciliations. Additionally, the officer will oversee the end-to-end parental leave process, from initial employee inquiries to payroll updates and return-to-work arrangements. Managing job change requests and award step increases across the Service Hub and Oracle, as well as supporting Excel workflows, will also be part of the role. The officer will provide onboarding and offboarding support during peak periods or when team members are on leave, ensuring a seamless transition for employees.
Required Qualifications: Candidates for the People & Culture Administration Officer position must possess a strong customer service focus, with experience supporting both internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel, is essential.
