Job Overview: The Associate Specialist, Face-to-Face Fundraising plays a crucial role within WWF’s Marketing team, primarily responsible for driving donation revenue through Face-to-Face fundraising initiatives. This position involves managing and analyzing the Face-to-Face fundraising program in the United States, with a focus on donor retention and program expansion. Duties and Responsibilities: The Associate Specialist will assist in managing WWF’s Face-to-Face fundraising program, overseeing daily operations and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to maximize donor engagement and revenue. Key responsibilities include monitoring results and performance, preparing strategic analyses of campaign activities, implementing tracking mechanisms, and utilizing analytics tools for reporting and enhancements. The role also involves producing and tracking creative elements such as printed collateral and donor incentives, regularly testing new ideas, and analyzing industry trends to share insights with the team. Additionally, the Associate Specialist will pitch and contribute to innovative fundraising strategies and perform other duties as assigned to support the program's success.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with at least two years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or communications. Knowledge of Face-to-Face fundraising, canvassing, or direct sales marketing is preferred. Strong presentation and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. The ability to travel within the US as needed (approximately 1-2 times per quarter) is required, along with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates should be able to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning in the marketing field.
