Job Overview: The position of International Consultant for Gender and Anti-Corruption Training involves developing a training methodology and conducting training sessions focused on integrating gender perspectives into anti-corruption efforts. The consultant will also be responsible for providing recommendations based on participant feedback and preparing a final report summarizing the findings and outcomes of the training sessions. The consultant's work will involve collaboration with various stakeholders, including administrative servants, cabinet officials, and special advisors, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and capacity building in gender mainstreaming within the anti-corruption framework.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess an advanced academic degree (minimum Master’s) in Gender/Women’s Studies, Development Studies, EU Studies, Law, Public Administration, Political Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree combined with two additional years of relevant professional experience may be accepted. The consultant should have a proven record of advanced knowledge in gender equality and experience in gender mainstreaming, women's rights, and empowerment. Strong analytical and research skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication abilities, are essential. Experience in conducting training, particularly in the justice and anti-corruption fields, is required, and familiarity with UN or EU-funded programs is considered an asset.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes an advanced academic degree, preferably a Master's degree, in fields related to gender studies, development, law, public administration, political science, or social sciences. A Bachelor's degree may be accepted if accompanied by relevant professional experience, demonstrating the candidate's capability to fulfill the role's responsibilities effectively.
