Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Administrative Coordinator/Lead Administrative Coordinator include: managing day-to-day office activities, supervising workflow, and coordinating deliverables with the part-time assistant; overseeing SAC office operations by managing priorities, workflows, and timelines; serving as a point of contact for Staff Association members; supporting SAC Officers in formatting memoranda and communications; conducting research and analysis to support SAC Representatives; coordinating meetings and agendas with other International Financial Institutions and external parties; planning and organizing SAC conferences and events; maintaining a structured digital documentation system; overseeing financial management of the Staff Association; coordinating contracts and procurement processes; collaborating with the SAC Communications team; serving as the lead coordinator for the Oversight Committee of the SACLAF; coordinating with the SAC Election Committee during the election process; and maintaining and updating the SAC website in collaboration with the SAC web team.
