Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate UNHCC Health Promotion Activities: Collaborate with various stakeholders to organize health education programs, such as the Adolescent Life Skills education program and Diabetes wellness week.
Produce UNHCC Bimonthly Newsletters: Liaise with different units to ensure timely publication of newsletters, promote health events through media, and develop outreach materials for community engagement.
Food Safety Coordination: Oversee the food safety team to conduct annual inspections of cafeterias and respond to ad-hoc requests, documenting findings and reporting issues.
Infection Prevention and Control Activities: Collect resources and SOPs related to infection prevention, organize training for staff, and compile relevant documents.
Additional Administrative Duties: Follow up on actionable items from meetings, disseminate clinical pathways and audit recommendations, and support public health program planning and execution.
Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet one of the following requirements: (a) be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school program (second university degree or equivalent, or higher in Public Health); (b) be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
