Job Overview: The IT Analyst, Client Change Management & Learning position is integral to the World Bank Group's mission of ending extreme poverty and boosting shared prosperity. This role is situated within the Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) Vice Presidential Unit (VPU), which is responsible for delivering transformative information and technologies to staff across more than 150 locations. The position will focus on supporting the talent and learning team operations, specifically in the areas of talent management, employee engagement, workforce management, and workplace management. The successful candidate will lead the Skills Refresh program, which is essential for the development of ITS staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills to meet current and future technological demands. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including subject matter experts and departmental learning connectors, to ensure the relevance and quality of learning content. Additionally, the analyst will manage research and advisory services, providing guidance to ITS users on accessing valuable resources and insights from leading research firms.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the IT Analyst include leading and supporting the planning, design, and implementation of the Skills Refresh program, focusing on technical topics. This involves designing and implementing learning activities following the ADDIE model, engaging with stakeholders to ensure the quality of learning content, and managing vendors and budgets.
