Job Overview: The Director of the Regional Programmes Division at UN-Habitat is a senior management position responsible for overseeing the organization's regional and national program portfolio. A first-level university degree combined with two years of qualifying work experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree. The position requires at least fifteen years of experience in managing complex development operations, with a minimum of ten years at a leadership level. Proven experience in negotiation of partnerships and resource mobilization is essential, along with substantive experience in urban development and human settlements at the international level. Experience in data analytics is desirable.
