Job Overview: The Brand and Creative Content Manager will report directly to the Head of Communications, Brand and PR, and will be instrumental in enhancing Save the Children's brand identity and creative content. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties of the Brand and Creative Content Manager include driving the implementation of a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with Save the Children's mission. This involves leading the creation and distribution of high-quality content that engages audiences and supports fundraising efforts. The manager will ensure that the brand's tone of voice and visual identity are consistent across all platforms and will develop branding tools and guidelines. Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in International Development, NGOs, or the not-for-profit sector is preferred. Proven experience in developing and implementing brand and content strategies is essential, along with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling content across various platforms. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and audience behavior are required, as well as advanced communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse audiences. Project management experience and proficiency with MS Office tools are also necessary for this role.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes a post-secondary degree in a relevant field such as communications, marketing, international development, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience in a similar role may also be considered acceptable. Candidates should have a strong foundation in brand management and content creation, supported by relevant coursework or training.

Candidates should have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand and content strategies that engage stakeholders and drive organizational goals. Experience in crafting high-quality content, particularly in video production, is highly valued. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate project management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in French, Spanish, or Arabic is considered an asset. The ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages will enhance the candidate's ability to engage with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
Additional Notes: This position offers a competitive salary range between $73,701.34 and $88,441.61 CAD, depending on skills and experience. Employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package after three months of employment, including coordinated benefits for partners, a hybrid workplace model, and flexible work hours.
