Job Overview: The HR Analyst position is a critical role within the HR Transformation team at EBRD, focusing on the design and implementation of change initiatives. The Analyst will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and formulate business cases using Agile methodologies. This role is essential for supporting the development of the Target Operating Model (TOM) and creating comprehensive business process maps. The Analyst will leverage strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of HR policies and processes to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, ensuring that the projects achieve their intended benefits. Duties and Responsibilities: The HR Analyst will be responsible for interacting with stakeholders across the Bank and externally to drive change and achieve project benefits. Under the guidance of the Solution Lead, the Analyst will resolve queries and issues throughout all project phases. Key responsibilities include working on various projects and workstreams, closely collaborating with product owners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements. The Analyst will engage stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and focus groups, capturing and prioritizing business requirements using Agile techniques. Additionally, the Analyst will analyze business processes and policies to assess change impacts and work with the Transformation team to align technical and business capabilities. The role also involves conducting detailed analyses, validating implemented solutions, documenting HR processes, and translating HR requirements into technical specifications. The Analyst will maintain requirement traceability throughout project iterations and contribute to team best practices while supporting testing and business readiness for new functionalities.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. Certifications in Prince 2 Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, Business Analysis, or SCRUM are advantageous. Relevant experience in Agile business analysis and working with cross-functional teams is essential. Candidates should have a sound understanding of the IT project delivery lifecycle and development processes. Strong analytical skills, a user-centric mindset, and the ability to document and analyze processes are critical. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a diligent approach to work, adhere to deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary, along with the ability to present information effectively to various audiences.
Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field is preferred, although equivalent experience may be considered. Candidates with certifications in Agile methodologies, business analysis, or project management will have an advantage in the selection process.
