Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize and facilitate workshops on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation.
Collaborate with local employers to identify job openings and labor market trends.
Provide ongoing support and motivation to participants throughout their job search process.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of participants, adjusting action plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of participant interactions and outcomes.
Prepare reports on program effectiveness and participant success rates.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in career counseling, job placement, or a related field is required. Experience working with diverse populations and understanding their unique employment challenges is a plus.
Languages: Fluency in Spanish is mandatory. Proficiency in English or other languages is considered an asset, as it can enhance communication with a broader range of job seekers and employers.
