Job Overview:
The position of Responsable Services Support is crucial for ensuring that all support services are delivered efficiently and effectively. The role involves overseeing the coordination of various support functions, including logistics, procurement, and administrative services. The individual will be expected to develop and implement strategies that enhance service delivery, ensuring that all operational needs are met in a timely manner. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams to achieve organizational goals. The Responsable Services Support will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of support services, making necessary adjustments to improve performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the coordination of logistics, procurement, and administrative services to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of support services.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify operational needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support services, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all support functions.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Prepare reports on the performance of support services and present findings to senior management.
  • Provide training and support to staff on best practices in service delivery.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing support services in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, procurement, and administrative processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for service management.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required. A master's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred, particularly in areas related to logistics or operations management.

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of managing support services effectively. Experience in an international organization or NGO is highly desirable.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, as it is the primary language of communication in Senegal. Proficiency in English is considered an asset, as it may be required for communication with international stakeholders.
