Job Overview:
The position of Directora País Adjunta is a critical leadership role within the organization, responsible for supporting the director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">country director in the implementation of strategic initiatives and programs. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the country director in the strategic planning and implementation of programs and initiatives.
• Oversee project management, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Foster relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations to enhance collaboration and support.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Lead capacity-building efforts for local staff and partners, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
• Represent the organization in meetings and forums, advocating for the needs of the communities served.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring financial accountability and transparency.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record in program implementation and oversight. Languages:
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, as it is the primary language of communication in Venezuela.
