Job Overview:
In this role, you will lead high-impact projects in collaboration with directors and deputy directors, focusing on defining, refining, and shaping strategies for program execution. You will be responsible for developing execution plans, cross-delivery strategies, and exploring new areas of opportunity. Your role will involve providing strategic thought partnership, project management, and analytical support to clients across the program strategy team. Additionally, you will support the implementation of strategies for the Data & Modeling and Ecosystem Strengthening portfolios, which will include managing investments, developing use cases, and coordinating with both internal and external partners. This position is crucial for ensuring that the Gender Equality Division's initiatives are effectively executed and aligned with the foundation's mission to empower women and girls in Africa and South Asia.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include leading strategic thinking and problem-solving efforts for the program team. You will partner with the program leadership team to scope, lead, and execute strategy development, engaging deeply in content and analyses. You will support the execution of new program strategies, collaborating with programmatic staff to develop discrete, time-bound strategic initiatives. Continuous improvement of the program strategy will be part of your duties, requiring you to refine approaches based on early execution learnings and adapt to changes in the internal and external environment. You will identify, lead, and support qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform strategic decision-making, including managing the implementation of data and modeling use cases across various functional teams. Additionally, you will lead the development of materials for strategy reviews and learning sessions, ensuring high-quality communication with foundation leadership. You will also provide critical support in translating strategy goals into coherent portfolio-level theories of action and resolving decision points impacting the program's measures of progress.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess an advanced professional degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in a relevant technical field, ideally in life sciences, data and engineering, or business administration. Experience leading projects at a strategy consulting firm with a focus on strategy development and implementation is essential. A strong background in global health and development, particularly in product development within the life sciences industry, is preferred. Mastery-level knowledge of strategy development and complex project management is required, including skills in process design, team structure, critical thinking, and stakeholder engagement. A broad understanding of global health and development issues is also necessary for this role.

Educational Background:
