Job Overview: The position involves conducting an Organizational Structuring Review for the UNFPA Afghanistan Country Office, which has faced significant challenges due to political transitions and humanitarian crises. Validating the rationale for change and envisioning a successful restructuring.
Reviewing geographical deployment of offices and personnel.

Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess an advanced university degree (master’s or PhD) in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
