Job Overview:
The position involves conducting an Organizational Structuring Review for the UNFPA Afghanistan Country Office, which has faced significant challenges due to political transitions and humanitarian crises. Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in management, organizational structuring, and HR strategy development is required, preferably within the UN system or international organizations. Proven experience in conducting organizational reviews and designing staffing models is essential, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to work in multicultural environments.

Educational Background:
An advanced university degree (master’s or PhD) in a relevant field such as Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or Business Administration is required for this position.
