Job Overview:
The Payroll System Manager position at the ISRP requires a highly autonomous individual who will provide technical leadership and manage a small team to ensure the timely evolution of robust IT solutions tailored to ISRP-specific business needs. The role involves reporting directly to the ISRP Digital Infrastructure and Operations Manager and offers hybrid work arrangements. The manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, management, and evolution of ISRP payroll and accounting applications, ensuring optimal maintenance and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security of existing applications. This includes monitoring the functionality of accounting solutions, administering HR Access infrastructure, and troubleshooting issues to maintain operational integrity. The manager will also be tasked with developing and maintaining relationships with service providers and applying new technologies to enhance service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Payroll System Manager will deliver, monitor, and ensure the technological evolution of secure and reliable IT solutions to meet ISRP-specific business requirements. Key responsibilities include overseeing the design and management of payroll and accounting applications, ensuring optimal functioning of accounting solutions, and administering HR Access infrastructure. The manager will develop and document computer procedures for data input, establish and review procedures for application integrity and security, and maintain end-user documentation. Additionally, the manager will lead the IT Support Unit payroll and accounting staff, manage third-party supplier relations, and facilitate communication within the team and across departments. Continuous improvement initiatives will be a focus, with the manager identifying opportunities for innovation and ensuring high-quality outputs are delivered on time and within budget. The role also involves conducting performance reviews, identifying training needs, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess an advanced university degree in information technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience is required, including expertise in delivering and supporting secure administrative and financial IT solutions. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to analyze complex information, prioritize problems, and propose effective risk-mitigation solutions. A broad knowledge of current technologies and industry trends, along with experience in IT project management methodologies, is essential. Experience in guiding and managing staff in a matrixed organizational structure, particularly in an international setting, is preferred.

Educational Background:
The ideal candidate should have an advanced university degree in information technology or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered acceptable. This educational background is crucial for understanding the complexities of IT systems and their application in a payroll context.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience. This experience should encompass the delivery, monitoring, and support of secure and optimized administrative and financial IT solutions. Languages:

Additional Notes:
The position offers an open-ended contract, with a monthly salary starting at 7,644.78 EUR, plus allowances based on eligibility, and is exempt from French income tax. The appointment may be made at one grade lower in the specified job family, depending on the qualifications and experience of the selected applicant.
