Job Overview: The Analyst position at CHAI involves working closely with the National Health Authority (NHA) to implement a Care Integration service within the AB PM-JAY framework. The role requires a deep understanding of current call center operations and technology platforms, as well as the ability to transfer learnings from the Madhya Pradesh pilot project. The Analyst will be responsible for planning and executing a limited geographic pilot for the Care Integration program, which aims to enhance patient-centric care and improve health outcomes in India. Duties and Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of the Analyst include:
Developing a comprehensive understanding of the NHA's call center operations to introduce Care Integration services.
Analyzing existing technology platforms related to AB PM-JAY and other convergence schemes.
Collaborating with the Technology Lead to document technical requirements for the Care Integration Platform.
Engaging with the Bhopal-based Care Integration team to understand current operations and communication processes.
Conducting scoping analysis for potential pilot sites, including field visits.
Supporting the Program Manager and team members in solution implementation.
Liaising with the NHA's call center team during pilot execution. 1
Assisting the NHA’s Convergence team with related activities and initiatives.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in management, public health, engineering, digital health, public policy, or related fields. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in digital health, management consulting, public health, or public policy is required. Proven performance in a fast-paced, results-driven environment is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in multi-stakeholder environments and government stakeholder management, as well as familiarity with e-governance or digital health programs in India.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as management, public health, engineering, digital health, or public policy. This educational foundation is crucial for understanding the complexities of health systems and the integration of digital health solutions.
Experience: The position requires at least 2 years of relevant work experience in areas such as digital health, management consulting, public health, or public policy. Candidates should demonstrate a strong ability to perform in fast-paced environments and have experience working with government stakeholders or in multi-stakeholder settings.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory, while fluency in Hindi and additional Indian languages is considered an advantage. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
