Job Overview:
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing analytics-driven solutions that address the foundation's critical human capital priorities. Your responsibilities will include supporting organizational and team efficiency, managing headcount planning, and conducting workforce analytics. You will transform complex multivariate analyses into actionable insights that enhance the foundation's processes and decision-making strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining HR's workforce data pipeline and business intelligence products that utilize workforce data. As a key partner and consultant, you will collaborate with HR, Operations, and cross-foundation leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include designing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence products that support cross-functional workforce analytics initiatives. This encompasses headcount management, operations, HR, and internal communications reporting needs. You will partner with analytics, HRIS, and business teams to enhance the data models that feed business intelligence tools and reporting requirements across the organization. You will also develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and create new API integrations to support ongoing data analysis and reporting needs. Troubleshooting data and system-related issues will be part of your responsibilities, along with using data methodologies to address business questions and uncover insights that aid foundation leaders in making informed decisions. You will provide ad hoc data, analysis, and reporting results to support foundation programs and initiatives, present your findings to senior leaders, and create technical documents summarizing analytics research projects.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent proven experience, ideally in quantitative social or physical sciences, statistics, data analytics, mathematics, or computer science. A minimum of 5 years of experience in people analytics or a related field is required, with exposure to people/HR data or other critical data types. Familiarity with descriptive and basic inferential statistics is essential for understanding usage behaviors and generating hypotheses. Proficiency in various analytical platforms, software languages, and statistical tools is necessary, including Microsoft Office, data management tools (e.g., Azure, SQL, AWS, Redshift), data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and data preparation tools (e.g., MS Fabric, Alteryx, Python, Databricks). Experience with enterprise survey platforms and multivariate statistical platforms is also required. Candidates should have experience applying statistical techniques to mitigate bias and interpret statistical significance.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as quantitative social or physical sciences, statistics, data analytics, mathematics, or computer science is required. Equivalent proven experience may also be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
