Duties and Responsibilities: The HR Associate will have a diverse set of responsibilities, including:
Supporting the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Activity Administration by participating in the design and delivery of learning programs, assisting participants with training recommendations, and managing workshop logistics.
Acting as a Learning Help-Desk support, addressing routine inquiries, and assisting in video-based learning initiatives.
Providing Payment and Procurement Support by preparing necessary documents, registering suppliers, and processing payments. The HR Associate will also track travel requests and manage licenses for corporate learning tools. Overall, the role requires a proactive approach to ensure the effective execution of HR processes and support the learning and development initiatives within the organization.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Secondary School Certificate as a minimum requirement. A First University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent disciplines is desirable. Additionally, candidates with a Bachelor's Degree may substitute some years of required experience. A minimum of six years of professional experience in HR services is required for those with a Secondary School Certificate, while a minimum of two years is required for those with a Bachelor's Degree. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office, and experience with HR information systems are essential. Familiarity with the UN system or development sector is considered an asset.
