Job Overview: The Shelter-WASH Project Coordinator position is designed to implement the Shelter-WASH project portfolio in Libya, specifically in Benghazi. The role involves managing a team of Shelter-WASH project leaders and ensuring that all projects adhere to NRC policies, tools, handbooks, and guidelines. Strategy Development: Supporting the Shelter Project Manager and WaSH Programme Development Manager in developing and revising strategies for Shelter and WaSH based on area-level analysis.

Assessments: Conducting needs assessments, including Rapid Needs Assessments and Multi-Sector Needs Assessments, to inform project planning.
