Job Overview:
The Document Integration Specialist will be responsible for integrating a finalized document titled 'Beyond Being Heard: The Right of Children and Youth to Participate in a Changing World' into UNICEF's existing publication model. This role involves ensuring that the document, which is approximately 5,000 words, is presented in a visually appealing and accessible format. The specialist will work closely with provided Word/InDesign files to maintain consistent layout and design while incorporating the full text. The position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual communication to effectively convey important findings to stakeholders globally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Integrate the finalized text document into UNICEF's existing publication model, ensuring consistency in layout and design.
• Utilize provided Word/InDesign files to maintain a coherent visual presentation.
• Research and select appropriate images from UNICEF's database, ensuring they align with the document's content and guidelines.
• Apply suitable typography and visual hierarchy to enhance readability and engagement.
• Highlight key quotes from young participants throughout the document to emphasize their voices.
• Ensure correct formatting of titles, subtitles, footnotes, and resource lists.
• Create visually distinct sections that align with the document's structure for clarity.

Required Qualifications:
