Job Overview:

Required Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a good understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with animation tools are required. Knowledge of video production processes and website development is beneficial. Candidates should also have a strong interest in local governance and sustainable development.

Educational Background:
