Job Overview:
The position of Gestora de Formación Interna involves overseeing and managing internal training programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying training needs, developing training materials, and facilitating training sessions. The Gestora will collaborate with various departments to ensure that training initiatives align with organizational goals and employee development plans. This position also entails evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with employees and management.
  • Design and develop training programs and materials tailored to the needs of the organization.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives support organizational objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee participation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their professional development and training opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of performance management and employee development practices.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree or additional certifications in training and development is preferred. Candidates should have a solid foundation in instructional design and training delivery.

Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting. Experience in designing and implementing training programs is essential. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.

Languages:
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, and proficiency in English is highly desirable. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus and may enhance the candidate's profile.
