Job Overview:
The Arab World Framework Change Leader will play a crucial role in realizing Ashoka's vision of 'Everyone a Changemaker' within the Arab region. This position requires a strong background in strategy development and a commitment to social entrepreneurship. The leader will engage with Ashoka's extensive network to foster new changemaking patterns and decision-making structures. The role involves addressing critical questions about how to disseminate impactful ideas across society, leveraging insights from Ashoka Fellows, and prioritizing essential skills such as empathy, creativity, teamwork, and leadership. The Framework Change Leader will also be responsible for leading a team that enhances regional outcomes through systems design and analysis, improving strategy capabilities, and co-creating a global storytelling movement that highlights exemplary changemaking behaviors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the Arab World team-of-teams structure to enhance regional outcomes through systems design and analysis.
• Improve regional strategy and insight capabilities to align activities with global movements and Ashoka's mission.
• Engage with global partner organizations to leverage Ashoka's network and insights into innovative business models and messages.
• Co-create a global storytelling movement that shares stories of exemplary changemaking behavior.
• Facilitate strategic decision-making that impacts Ashoka's global growth and leverages its vast network.
• Foster collaboration and partnerships across sectors to form effective problem-solving alliances.
• Inspire and integrate an entrepreneurial team through strong leadership and emotional intelligence.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record of creating innovative solutions that lead to systemic change.
• Deep belief in the power of social entrepreneurship and alignment with Ashoka's vision.
• Multiyear experience in developing and implementing successful strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain major client and partner relationships.
• Exceptional thought leadership and organizational leadership skills.
• Strong capacity to lead through influence and insights.
• High levels of social and emotional intelligence, conducive to team integration and collaboration.

Educational Background:
A relevant educational background in social entrepreneurship, business administration, public policy, or a related field is preferred. Advanced degrees may be advantageous but are not strictly required if the candidate possesses significant relevant experience.

Experience:
Candidates should have extensive experience in social entrepreneurship or a related field, with a proven ability to drive systemic change. A multiyear track record of developing innovative solutions and successfully implementing them is essential. Experience in leadership roles that require strategic thinking and team management is also necessary.

Languages:
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, as the role involves engaging with diverse stakeholders across the Arab region and globally. Proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus, enhancing communication capabilities within the international context.
