Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of the socio-economic context of Mauritania and the challenges faced by its population.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in social sciences, international development, public administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred and may be considered an asset for the position.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully implementing development programs. Experience working in Mauritania or similar contexts is highly desirable.
