The Técnico/a will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local labor market, including job openings and employer requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with various community organizations and stakeholders to promote employment initiatives and support job seekers in their journey towards finding suitable employment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual assessments of job seekers to identify their skills, experiences, and employment goals.
  • Develop tailored action plans that outline steps for job seekers to improve their employability.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops on resume writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to job seekers throughout their job search process.
  • Maintain an updated database of job openings and employer contacts in the Valencian Community.
  • Collaborate with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and promote job seekers to potential employers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of job seekers and adjust action plans as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with job seekers and employers.

  • Knowledge of labor market trends and employment services.
  • Experience in career counseling or employment services is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, social work, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in career counseling or employment services are a plus. Continuous professional development in areas related to employment guidance is encouraged.

Experience:

Languages:
