The position of Gestora Financiero I (R&D) involves managing financial aspects related to research and development projects. The role requires a deep understanding of financial management principles, particularly in the context of R&D funding and budgeting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to support innovative projects. This includes preparing financial reports, monitoring expenditures, and collaborating with project managers to align financial strategies with organizational goals. The role also entails liaising with external stakeholders, including funding agencies and partners, to secure financial support for R&D initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage budgets for R&D projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial compliance with funding agreements and organizational policies.
  • Prepare financial documentation for grant applications and funding proposals.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the context of research and development.

Educational Background:

Experience:
