Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with program teams to identify funding needs and ensure that proposals are tailored to meet those needs.
Engage with potential donors and partners to build relationships and secure funding commitments.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of funded projects, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders to communicate funding strategies and outcomes.
Stay informed about changes in the funding landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
Provide training and support to staff on best practices in proposal writing and funding acquisition.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, or related fields, with a track record of successful funding proposals.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret funding trends and data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of the international development sector and funding mechanisms is highly desirable.
