Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital fundraising strategies to meet annual fundraising goals.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with donors and potential supporters through digital engagement.
Stay updated on digital fundraising trends and best practices to enhance the organization's fundraising efforts.
Provide training and support to staff on digital fundraising tools and techniques.
Prepare regular reports on fundraising performance and present findings to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital fundraising or a related field.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing or fundraising is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital fundraising, marketing, or a related field is required. Experience in the nonprofit sector is highly desirable, along with a proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Swahili or other local languages is an advantage but not required.
