Job Overview: The Camp Management Technical Assistant (Information Management) plays a crucial role in supporting the implementation of the program portfolio in Sittwe, Rakhine State. This position involves assisting with data management, ensuring the confidentiality and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security of information, and supporting the Camp Management team in data collection and analysis. The role requires collaboration with various teams, including the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team, to ensure accurate data reporting and documentation. The assistant will also be responsible for maintaining beneficiary databases and contributing to project documentation and lessons learned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of the program portfolio according to the plan of action.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in information management.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization programs such as Power BI, ArcMap, Stata, SPSS, R, Tableau, Adobe Illustrator, and In-Design.
Strong system and data audit capacity.
Mastery of IT tools, including the MS Office package, internet, and email.
Sufficient working knowledge of English, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of the local context in the geographical area of responsibility is essential.
