Job Overview:
The position of Voluntario/a Social Champion Facer I involves fundraising for UNICEF Ecuador through telemarketing. The volunteer will engage in telephone conversations to raise awareness about the situation of children and adolescents in Ecuador and globally, aiming to secure new recurring donations through direct and automatic bank debits from individuals in various financial institutions. The role requires adherence to UNICEF's conduct standards, active participation in training plans, and maintaining a high level of responsibility in assigned activities and work schedules. The volunteer will manage different campaigns assigned by UNICEF, ensuring compliance with guidelines and striving to meet defined goals and results. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fundraising for UNICEF Ecuador through telemarketing by conducting phone conversations to raise awareness about the situation of children and adolescents.
• Securing new recurring donations through direct and automatic bank debits from individuals.
• Adhering to UNICEF's conduct standards and institutional values.
• Actively participating in training and capacity-building plans to acquire necessary information for task execution.
• Maintaining a high level of responsibility in assigned activities and work schedules.
• Managing various campaigns assigned by UNICEF, ensuring compliance with guidelines and striving to meet targets.
