The training will also involve learning structured working methods and project management techniques, with an emphasis on developing the ability to work independently. Additionally, there will be opportunities for practical experience through potential assignments at GIZ's Bonn location or in one of its country offices, depending on availability and organizational needs. The training will be complemented by participation in internal educational events and exam preparation courses to ensure readiness for the IHK examinations.

Experience:
While prior experience in IT or related fields is not mandatory, any relevant internships or practical experiences will be considered advantageous. The organization values enthusiasm and a willingness to learn over extensive prior experience, making this position suitable for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their careers in IT.
