- Assisting in drafting background notes, analytical documents, talking points, and summaries on issues related to disappearances, women, peace and security, and the justice sector.
- Engaging in dialogue with search commissions, prosecutors' offices, judicial authorities, and civil society organizations to facilitate collaboration and strengthen institutional capacities.
- Monitoring recommendations, reports, and jurisprudence from UN and regional human rights mechanisms concerning disappearances, women's rights, and accountability.
- Supporting the organization of workshops, consultations, and technical meetings aimed at enhancing the meaningful participation of victims and women searchers in search and investigation processes.
- Collaborating with the direct supervisor to finalize a work plan outlining key objectives and activities, including regular check-ins to review progress and receive feedback.
