Job Overview:
As an Analyst ServiceNow Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions, specifically in the areas of Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). This position offers a hands-on opportunity to develop both technical skills in ServiceNow and a deep understanding of risk and compliance frameworks within an enterprise environment. You will collaborate closely with experienced ServiceNow engineers and various business teams to configure workflows, maintain critical risk and compliance data, and test new functionalities. Your contributions will directly impact the organization's ability to manage risk and ensure compliance effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the configuration and administration of IRM, BCM, and GRC solutions. You will be tasked with configuring, testing, and maintaining workflows related to risk, compliance, audit, and business continuity processes. Additionally, you will maintain risk registers, controls, compliance records, and other related data. You will also support user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist with release activities. Providing user support and resolving ServiceNow IRM/GRC issues will be a key part of your role. You will create and maintain user guides, technical documentation, and training materials to facilitate user understanding and engagement. Furthermore, you will support audit evidence, reporting, and platform governance requirements, monitor system changes, and ensure that configuration standards are adhered to. Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and enhance user experience will also be part of your responsibilities, along with supporting other ServiceNow modules and initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you should possess a degree or equivalent practical experience. A basic understanding of ServiceNow and a keen interest in developing your technical skills are essential. Experience or interest in risk, compliance, audit, or business continuity will be advantageous. Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar standards is also a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail, are crucial for success in this role. Good communication skills and a user-focused approach are necessary to effectively support users and collaborate with team members. While ServiceNow CSA or ITIL Foundation certification is not required, it is considered an advantage.

Educational Background:
Candidates should have a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates their capability to perform the duties associated with this role. The educational background should ideally be in fields related to information technology, business administration, or a similar discipline that provides a solid foundation for understanding risk and compliance processes.

Experience:
The position requires candidates to have a basic understanding of ServiceNow, with a preference for those who have some experience or interest in risk, compliance, audit, or business continuity. While specific years of experience are not mandated, a demonstrated ability to engage with technical systems and a willingness to learn and grow in the role are essential.

Languages:
