Job Overview: The Principal Project Manager (G20) role is designed for experienced and motivated individuals who will primarily be based in either Brussels, Belgium, or The Hague, Netherlands. Strong proficiency in project management tools, cost control, and resource planning is required. Experience leading geographically dispersed teams, ideally in an international or multicultural environment, is also necessary. Additional Notes: This recruitment is part of a grouped campaign aimed at filling multiple Principal Project Manager (G20) positions across various business areas within NATO. Candidates who are found qualified and suitable may be placed on a reserve list for current and future vacancies, including anticipated requirements in 2027 and beyond. The NCIA offers a five-year contract with a competitive, tax-free monthly salary of 9,604.83 EUR for positions in Belgium and 10,628.93 EUR for those in the Netherlands, along with family allowances, expatriation and education allowances (where applicable), and additional home leave for expatriate staff. Employees are entitled to 30 days of annual leave, plus official holidays, and are covered by an excellent private health insurance scheme.
