Job Overview:
The Project Manager for the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) plays a pivotal role within the World Bank Group, particularly in the General Services sector. This position is responsible for overseeing the IWMS, which serves as the authoritative source of real estate data across the global portfolio of the World Bank Group. The Project Manager will work closely with the Technology stream within the Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure alignment and interoperability of systems, while also avoiding duplicate solutions. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of real estate technology, facilities management, data governance, and business strategy. The Project Manager will be tasked with operational accountability for the IWMS platform, ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and enterprise integration. This position is not limited to traditional administration" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">system administration; it encompasses a forward-looking agenda for real estate technology and digital enablement, making it essential for informed decision-making and strategic planning within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Project Manager include developing and maintaining a multi-year Digital Enablement and Technology Roadmap for corporate real estate, managing the FM:Systems IWMS platform, establishing global data governance standards, developing executive dashboards for decision support, and leading change management initiatives. The Project Manager will also evaluate emerging workplace technologies, build business cases for new capabilities, manage relationships with technology vendors, and oversee system upgrades and integrations. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and maintaining accurate real estate data across the global portfolio. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering measurable improvements in data quality, system stability, and user adoption, while also advancing AI-enabled capabilities within the real estate technology ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Facilities Management, Information Systems, Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, with at least 4 years of direct, hands-on experience administering FM:Systems or a comparable IWMS platform in a multi-site real estate environment. Demonstrated experience in establishing data governance, managing space data, and integrating IWMS platforms with enterprise systems is essential. Strong analytical skills, financial management capabilities, and the ability to communicate technology strategies effectively are also required. Candidates should have a demonstrated awareness of AI and digital trends relevant to real estate technology.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Facilities Management, Information Systems, Architecture, Engineering, or Computer Science. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered. The emphasis is on a strong foundation in both technical and managerial aspects of real estate and technology integration.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on facilities management and information systems. At least 4 years of direct experience with IWMS platforms, particularly FM:Systems, is crucial.
