Job Overview:
The Director, Organizational Development & Learning at WWF is a pivotal role that leads the development and implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, leadership capabilities, workforce readiness, and adherence to WWF’s core values. This position requires a collaborative partnership with senior leaders to advance organizational design, change management, and talent management initiatives. The Director will oversee enterprise learning and leadership programs, utilizing data to measure their impact and ensuring that the organization is equipped to meet its strategic priorities. This role is essential in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, ensuring that all employees are prepared to contribute effectively to WWF's mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the Organizational Development & Learning strategy in alignment with WWF’s priorities. Key responsibilities include leading the people and organizational dimensions of enterprise change initiatives, designing and delivering leadership and employee development programs, and managing talent and organizational effectiveness practices. The Director will oversee the annual learning curriculum, lead WWF’s artificial intelligence learning initiative, and manage coaching and assessment programs. Additionally, the role involves facilitating learning sessions, managing the organizational development and learning budget, and representing People & Culture in various forums. The Director will also chair WWF’s Learning Committee and manage staff, consultants, and complex projects to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, psychology, education, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in organizational development, learning and development, or talent management is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and leading enterprise organization development initiatives, change management, and leadership development programs. Strong consulting, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, along with experience in leading teams and managing complex projects and budgets. Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles, organizational behavior, and change management is also necessary.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree in organizational development, industrial-organizational psychology, learning, business administration, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, coaching certifications, or comparable credentials are preferred, indicating a commitment to professional development and expertise in the field.

Experience:
The position requires at least 10 years of progressive experience in organizational development, learning and development, or talent management. Candidates should have substantial experience as a practitioner and as a function leader or manager in Organizational Development and Learning, demonstrating a deep understanding of the field and its best practices.

Languages:
