Job Overview:
As a Senior Software Developer Consultant within the Technology and Transformation Department (TTD), you will be instrumental in shaping and modernizing digital solutions that enhance Portfolio Management across the organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking to guide architectural decisions, connect systems and data, and support the integration of Portfolio Management solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, business analysts, UX designers, and developers, to design and deliver scalable, reliable, and user-centered solutions. Your ability to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions will be crucial in improving interoperability and performance, ensuring solution quality and scalability, and continuously evolving the product to meet organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams, guiding product teams composed of developers, AI engineers, data scientists, and product design specialists.
• Ensure technical alignment with architecture and enabler teams by validating product decisions against institutional guidelines.
• Oversee the technical development process, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure through hands-on coding and code reviews.
• Define and maintain the technical roadmap in coordination with Product Leads, ensuring alignment with project goals and deliverables.
• Analyze the compatibility of new functionalities with existing technology infrastructure and identify necessary improvements.
• Monitor system scalability and performance, ensuring optimal speed and responsiveness as user and data volumes increase.
• Verify seamless integration of the product with other systems and applications using an API-first approach.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, developing strategies to keep development on track.
• Work with a product mindset in agile environments, leading technical planning and ensuring effective communication with development teams and internal clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with C# and the .NET stack, demonstrating strong programming skills and proficiency in software design, design patterns, and clean architecture.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and microservices, including implementation using serverless and containerized infrastructure.
• Experience with modern web development concepts and frameworks, including single-page applications (SPAs), SPFx, Angular, and Dojo.
• Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and a quality-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and ethical considerations in their application.

Educational Background:
A Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field is required for this position. This educational background provides the foundational knowledge necessary to understand complex technical concepts and apply them effectively in a professional setting.

Experience:
At least 5 years of demonstrated expertise in software development, particularly in building and consuming APIs and web services (SOA, REST, XML, JSON, OData). Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, and hands-on use of cloud-native integration services is essential. Additionally, familiarity with AI technologies and their applications is highly desirable.

Languages:
Proficiency in English is mandatory, along with proficiency in another Bank official language, which may include Spanish, Portuguese, or French. This bilingual capability is important for effective communication within the organization and with stakeholders across different regions.

Additional Notes:
This position is classified as an international consultant role, requiring full-time commitment for a duration of 12 months, with the possibility of extension up to 48 months, subject to eligibility.
