Job Overview:
The E T Consultant (Data Analyst) position is a critical role within the World Bank's Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) Vice Presidential Unit (VPU). This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about utilizing data to support organizational decision-making and drive strategic initiatives. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing various data assets and assisting in the design and execution of data analytics initiatives. This position requires collaboration with stakeholders to develop statistical models, predictive models, and machine learning techniques aimed at solving complex business problems. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Data Analyst will have a diverse set of responsibilities that include:

• Supporting analytical services and operational work in core areas of data science, ensuring that data-driven insights are integrated into decision-making processes.
• Assisting in the development of a comprehensive data governance framework that outlines guidelines for data classification, ownership, and stewardship.
• Leveraging statistical concepts and theories to help stakeholders identify key operational issues and propose optimal solutions.
• Collaborating with teams to deliver data, research, and evidence-based solutions that align with institutional directions and strategic vision.
• Developing data models and managing data processing and cleaning to ensure high-quality data visualization.

• Collecting and documenting business requirements, establishing acceptance and evaluation criteria to ensure alignment with roadmap objectives.
• Helping teams self-organize and self-manage using effective SAFe Agile methods, including preparation for PI planning and tracking team progress.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the E T Consultant (Data Analyst) position should possess a combination of technical and analytical skills. Required qualifications include:

• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and the ability to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards and analytical tools.
• Strong data visualization skills, with experience in creating interactive visual representations of complex datasets using platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
• Expertise in data modeling, ensuring that data structures are optimized for performance and scalability.
