Job Overview:
The Senior Analyst for the Russia Cyber Domain within the Red Team is tasked with providing independent, strategic, doctrinal, and non-doctrinal analysis regarding the Russian Cyber domain. This role involves predicting possible courses of action (COAs) and identifying opportunities for the Alliance. The incumbent will analyze multi-domain and multidimensional intelligence, contributing to NATO/SHAPE's common intelligence and operational pictures. The position requires expertise in cyber domain analysis and the ability to manage and contribute to the Red Cell's analysis, developing alternative hypotheses and employing red teaming techniques. The analyst will also support NATO/SHAPE's strategic planning and decision-making processes, particularly in relation to cyber domain perspectives during training and exercises.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent's responsibilities include:

• Analyzing multi-domain and multidimensional intelligence related to the Russian Cyber domain, reflecting authoritative opinions from academia and strategic studies.
• Contributing to the common intelligence and operational pictures by providing cyber domain expertise.
• Managing and contributing to the Red Cell's analysis and development of alternative hypotheses, including red teaming techniques.
• Collecting and exploiting classified and unclassified information related to political, military, economic, social, infrastructure, and information areas to support joint intelligence preparation of the operating environment regarding the Russian Cyber domain.
• Leading and coordinating intelligence support for training and exercise preparation from a cyber domain perspective.
• Advising on NATO/SHAPE's strategic planning and decision-making processes, including participation in war-gaming and major exercises as opposing forces.

Required Qualifications:
The position requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience in multi-domain intelligence collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination within an international or national organization. Candidates must possess extensive knowledge and proven experience in Russian Cyber domain analysis, as well as experience liaising with international partners on strategic intelligence cooperation. Proven experience working within cross-functional and multi-domain teams is essential, along with knowledge of intelligence activities at the operational and strategic levels.

Educational Background:
Candidates must hold a University Degree in criminology, police, public or business administration, administration of justice, law" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">criminal law, comparative general management, political theory, behavioral or social psychology, computer science, intelligence, or a related discipline, along with 4 years of post-related experience. Alternatively, candidates with Higher Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or accreditation, along with 5 years of post-related experience and 2 years of function-related experience, will also be considered. In cases of ambiguity, job-specific experience takes precedence over standard education and training levels.

Experience:
The role requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in intelligence analysis, particularly within the context of multi-domain and multidimensional environments. Experience in liaising with international partners and working in cross-functional teams is crucial. Candidates should have a background in operational and strategic intelligence activities, particularly related to the cyber domain.

Languages:
Proficiency in English is mandatory, with a required Standardized Language Profile (SLP) of 4343 for listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Knowledge of the Russian language is desirable, with a minimum SLP of 2222 being preferred.

Additional Notes:
The successful candidate will be employed under a Project Related NATO International Civilian (PLN) contract for a duration of 1 year and 1 month, aligned with the NATO 2030 Agenda. The position may require deployments in support of military operations and exercises, potentially exceeding 30 days. The salary will be based on the NATO Grade of the post, with potential allowances based on eligibility.
